"Sartorial Tennis" Polo
Description
Our cotton jersey "Sartorial Tennis" Polo features a carefully embroidered racquet player motif designed by Wes Robinson, a GQ magazine-recognized illustrator based in England.
Notably, what we refer to today as a polo shirt first appeared as a tennis shirt at the 1926 U.S. Open. It evolved from the original polo shirt, which was actually a button-down worn by polo players. Over time, marketing shifted the terminology.
